FACILITIES SUPPORT SOLUTIONS

For many of our clients, we have effectively implemented programs, practices, and procedures to reduce the frequency and severity of accidental loss in the areas of workers’ compensation, general/auto liability, and property. We also ensured our respective client’s site compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, which are designed to protect the human, financial, and physical assets of our customers’ sites.

We support our federal clients in the development and maintenance of occupational safety and health procedural documentation, audits of maintenance records to assure compliance with federal, state, and local safety-related regulations, in addition to reviewing and maintaining environmental health, safety, and loss prevention standards and guidelines. 

 

Also, as clients focus on leveraging and adopting approaches to enhance performance, our team will implement programs that are dedicated to employee well-being, and professionalism. 

 

To support the technical objectives listed in the solicitation, we rely on our personnel’s 60 years of direct experience with the following:

 

  • Investigating and evaluating risk management information to identify significant hazards and loss trends; identifies and recommends preventive measures and corrective actions

  • Conducting risk assessments related to jobs performed (Job Hazard Analysis) and new equipment introductions.

  • Recommending appropriate risk mitigation measures to management, including ergonomic considerations, in all such efforts

  • Performing and managing safety training programs for USCP’s and subcontractor’s staff

  • Performing regular physical inspections of grounds, buildings, equipment, and operations; identifies hazards and incidents of regulatory non-compliance, and recommends corrective measures

 

Respiratory Program Administration

TTI’s team performs Respiratory Protection Equipment Administration for various law enforcement agencies. Our team provides professional guidance respiratory programs. Our teams manages the RPMS software to keep track of personnel that are issued respiratory equipment. We schedule fit test as well as physicals for personnel required to wear a respirator. We also manage the warehouse of all safety.

TTI is tasked to provide electrician and plumber services in support of all facility operations, maintenance, repair, janitorial services, grounds-keeping services, and other directly related miscellaneous services for all infrastructure/facilities (buildings, utilities, structures, and related systems) and assets (equipment and utility infrastructure).

Electrical

TTI’s team lead the electrical activities to support facilities engineering efforts at federal clients’ sites. Our team applies technical knowledge to perform simple or routine tasks such as replacing components and wiring circuits; repairing simple electronic equipment; and taking test readings using common instruments such as digital multi-meters, signal generators, semiconductor testers, curve tracers, and oscilloscopes. Our team also provides the following services:

  • Overseeing and assigning work to Electrical Technician I & II.

  • Perform quality assurance checks on work assigned to Electrical Technicians

  • Advise system protocols for quality control in electrical safety for repairs and alterations

Plumbing

Our plumbing team perform minor repairs and help in the operation, monitoring, and performance of preventive maintenance on the building systems as necessary. Our team performs maintenance, monitoring repairs to the Mechanical, Plumbing, Structural, Fire, Life Safety, and Control systems for the facility to keep building systems up to applicable standards as assigned. In addition, our team performs the following:

  • Perform the installation, maintenance, repair and operation of mechanical, electrical and power generation equipment and systems to support the critical environment.

  • Operate systems in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with government regulatory compliance and standard operating procedures.

  • Performs predictive, planned, preventative and routine maintenance as well as equipment rounds and service requests as directed.

  • Inspects and repairs pumps, fans, valves, and motors ensuring proper operation of the client equipment and systems.

 

Energy Management

Transpacific’s energy management team manages and supports our customers’ facilities energy and water conservation programs. In order to improve energy consumption, lower energy costs, and to raise environmental awareness, TTI provides the following services:

  • Analyze and implement energy conservation programs

  • Develop training options and/or improvement plans to ensure the best operation in the area of HVAC and energy equipment maintenance

  • Performs retro commissioning of HVAC systems

  • Compile utility budgets and energy conservation measure cost estimates based upon documented program needs

  • Develop long-range plans for implementing innovations

  • Assist maintenance managers in evaluating HVAC and energy equipment maintenance staff to ensure effectiveness

  • Develop training options and/or improvement plans to ensure the best operation in the area of HVAC and energy equipment
    maintenance

  • Maintain liaison with equipment suppliers in order to conduct bidding process for equipment upgrades and retrofits

  • Monitor all facilities design and construction activities as related to energy management

 

Review and recommend maintenance supply and equipment purchases to ensure energy efficient replacements are being specified

There are many types of asset management utilized in the corporate environment, and organizations typically use a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) to streamline the monitoring process. TTI is well-versed in providing quality comprehensive monitoring tools to perform this work. Assets could be physical objects like laptops, lighting, or any fixed assets that must be monitored to determine optimal usage and low-cost replacement/disposal.
