Our project management personnel coordinate the work management process for providing facilities maintenance and operations services for buildings, structures, and mechanical systems. Our staff confers with company and subcontractor personnel to ensure performance is in compliance with specifications, within schedule and budget. TTI’s project planner/scheduler personnel provide the following services:
- Create job plans, statements of work, and other work outlines needed to adequately address the required work needed, work reception, prioritization, planning, coordination, scheduling, assignment, tracking, completion, data entry and other administrative actions
- Plan, schedule and coordinate corrective and preventive maintenance actions
- Support the Operations Manager and Maintenance Superintendent in developing and executing the annual preventative maintenance work plan and monthly schedules
- Track timely completions of work and coordinate and execute follow-on work as needed
- Ensure that the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) data files are complete, accurate and current
- Perform quality control checks and maintain and file completed work orders
- Safely assign work in accordance with the EGS safety program. Schedules work to be performed and reviews completed work
- Coordinate with area users / customers on project details and potential impacts to
work areas / buildings - Coordinate with site security on personnel access / site access issues
- Monitor work activity to ensure performance, quality and safety
- Prepare schedules and procedures
- Supervise and directs subordinate personnel and craftsmen within an assigned area
- Prepare reports and forecasts; assess needs and training requirements; and monitor job site work compliance
- Monitor the activities of subcontractors to ensure compliance with specifications and schedule
